Author Guidelines

Authors are invited to submit original and unpublished manuscripts that have not been previously published or are not under consideration for publication elsewhere. All submissions must comply with the journal's ethical standards and should fall within the aims and scope of the Frontier Journal of Multidisciplinary Science (FJMS). Manuscripts may be submitted in English, and authors are responsible for ensuring the accuracy, clarity, and quality of the language before submission.

The journal accepts original research articles, review articles, short communications, and case studies from various multidisciplinary fields. Submitted manuscripts should present significant scientific contributions, demonstrate methodological rigor, and provide clear implications for theory, practice, or future research.

Authors should prepare their manuscripts using the official FJMS Article Template. The manuscript should generally consist of the following sections: Title, Author(s) and Affiliation(s), Abstract, Keywords, Introduction, Materials and Methods (or Research Methodology), Results, Discussion, Conclusion, Acknowledgments (if applicable), Funding Information (if applicable), Conflict of Interest Statement, and References. Review articles may adopt an alternative structure that is appropriate for their content.

The title should be concise and informative, clearly reflecting the content of the manuscript. The abstract should contain 150–250 words and briefly describe the background, objectives, methods, principal findings, and conclusions of the study. Authors should provide three to five keywords that accurately represent the main topics of the manuscript.

Manuscripts should be typed using Times New Roman, 12-point font, with 1.5 line spacing on A4-sized paper and standard margins. The recommended manuscript length is 5,000–8,000 words, including tables, figures, and references. All tables and figures must be numbered consecutively, provided with clear captions, and cited appropriately within the text.

References should primarily consist of recent scholarly literature published within the last ten years, unless seminal works are necessary. Authors are encouraged to cite reputable international journals whenever appropriate. The journal follows the American Psychological Association (APA) 7th Edition citation and referencing style. The use of reference management software such as Mendeley, Zotero, or EndNote is strongly recommended.

All submitted manuscripts undergo an initial editorial screening to evaluate their suitability, originality, and compliance with the journal's submission requirements. Suitable manuscripts are then subjected to a double-blind peer-review process conducted by at least two independent reviewers. Authors may be requested to revise their manuscripts based on reviewers' comments before a final editorial decision is made.

Authors must ensure that their manuscripts are free from plagiarism and comply with internationally accepted publication ethics. The journal reserves the right to reject manuscripts containing plagiarism, data fabrication, duplicate publication, unethical research practices, or other forms of academic misconduct. All accepted manuscripts may undergo copyediting, proofreading, and formatting before publication to ensure consistency and quality.

By submitting a manuscript to the Frontier Journal of Multidisciplinary Science (FJMS), authors confirm that the work is original, that all listed authors have approved the submission, and that the manuscript complies with the journal's publication ethics and copyright policies.
