This study discusses the implementation of good governance principles in administrative services within the Regional Police (POLDA), which plays a strategic role in supporting police duties and providing quality public services. The background of this study is based on the existence of problems such as inefficient service procedures, lack of transparency regarding costs and time, and low public satisfaction. The purpose of this study is to analyze the extent to which the principles of good governance, namely accountability, transparency, effectiveness, efficiency, participation, and the rule of law, have been applied in administrative services at the POLDA. The method used is descriptive qualitative, with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation studies. Informants were selected using purposive sampling, based on specific criteria such as employees directly involved in administrative services and service users. The results of the study show that the implementation of the principles of accountability and transparency is not yet optimal. The main obstacles include limited infrastructure, a lack of competent human resources, and the underutilization of information technology. Service reform through strengthening the capacity of the apparatus, simplifying procedures, and integrating digital systems is necessary to improve service quality and public trust in the police institution.
