Plagiarism
Al Kalifah : Jurnal Kajian Sosiopolitik dan Hukum is committed to upholding the highest standards of academic integrity and publication ethics. Therefore, all manuscripts submitted must be original and free from any form of plagiarism. Plagiarism—including the use of another person’s ideas, text, or data without proper acknowledgment, excessive paraphrasing without citation, and self-plagiarism (reusing one’s own previously published work without disclosure)—is strictly prohibited.
To ensure originality, all submissions will be screened using plagiarism detection software such as Turnitin or similar tools. Manuscripts with a similarity index above 20%, excluding references and properly quoted material, may be returned to the author for revision or may be rejected outright depending on the severity of the violation.
Authors are fully responsible for the authenticity of the content they submit. By submitting to Al Kalifah, authors declare that their work is original, has not been published elsewhere, and is not currently under review by another journal. If plagiarism is detected at any stage of the publication process, the editorial board reserves the right to reject or retract the article.
