Abstrak

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pentingnya ketepatan dosis kemoterapi untuk menjamin efektivitas terapi dan meminimalkan toksisitas pada pasien kanker payudara serta belum adanya penelitian serupa di RSUD Dr. Achmad Mochtar Bukittinggi. Tujuan penelitian untuk meninjau ketepatan dosis kemoterapi injeksi kombinasi dan mengidentifikasi efek samping pada pasien kanker payudara One Day Care. Penelitian dilakukan secara mixed methods dengan desain deskriptif melalui observasi dokumen dan pencatatan efek samping. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pasien kanker payudara yang menjalani kemoterapi injeksi kombinasi dengan teknik total sampling sebanyak 51 pasien. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan checklist kesesuaian dosis berdasarkan protokol kemoterapi dan formulir efek samping berdasarkan CTCAE, dengan analisis data secara deskriptif dalam bentuk persentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh regimen kemoterapi memiliki ketepatan dosis sebesar 100%, dengan efek samping terbanyak berupa rambut rontok (84,3%), diikuti mual dan mudah lelah (68,6%), serta hilang nafsu makan (58,8%), yang umumnya tergolong ringan hingga sedang. Secara keseluruhan, pemberian kemoterapi injeksi kombinasi telah sesuai dengan prinsip keselamatan pasien dan individualisasi terapi.
